Here's the rules...

1.) STRICTLY post instrumentals/beats here with the exception of sampling vocals
2.) DO NOT revive your own topic if no one has responded to it for feedback... the best way to receive feedback is to give feedback to others' work. What goes around comes around
3.) If the first sound track you posted was a draft and you have an updated version/finalized copy, DO NOT post a new thread. Instead, post it in your original thread. This is the only exception to reviving your own thread.
4.) Criticize in a respectable fashion, don't go to threads and saying, "Your beat sucks! Its shit!" and all of that bull people tend to post
5.) Dont be afraid to post your sounds! If you never post, then you'll never know how great it is and what you need to work on to get better
6.) Chill and enjoy the music!
